The Rosell-Dez group, based at the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute at Monash University, studies the signals that operate within the bones and between them and other tissues/organs during development and regeneration.

An exciting opportunity exists for a post-doctoral research fellow to join the group to focus on the communication mechanisms that operate between organs to maintain body proportions during development with a strong focus on 3D imaging.

We are seeking someone with experience in the fields of developmental biology and molecular biology techniques, animal handling and the use of image analysis software.

We are seeking someone who has a doctoral qualification preferably in molecular biology and developmental biology with experience in placental function and structure. Experience with other organs, especially limbs/bones, will also be an advantage.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.

At Monash University, we are committed to a Child Safe organisation. Some positions at the University will require the incumbent to hold a valid Working with Children Check.
