A new opening postdoctoral researcher position in astrophysics is available at University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. The funding allows successful candidate to work for two years. Candidates are welcome before March 15, 2019.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Physics or Astronomy. Expertise in the analysis of radio, X-ray or gamma-ray data is desirable. The appointee will work with Dr. Stephen C.Y. Ng to pursue research in areas related to neutron stars, pulsar wind nebulae, or supernova remnants. Applicants who are in the process of completing a Ph.D. degree in Physics or Astronomy will also be considered.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
